Sovereign Hobbies was created to continue the production of Colourcoats paint formally WEM Colourists of White Ensign Models. We operate as a web only shop for direct UK sales in addition to International stockists. Colourcoats is a high quality enamel paint with authentic colour matches for navel, aircraft and armour models. 

Owners Gillian and James took over the Colourcoats paint range in late 2014. James has been a keen modeller since his childhood who like many was saddened to hear that White Ensign Models was to cease trading. By chance James enquired about stock with a personal agenda which culminated in us acquiring the rights and stock of the Colourcoats paint. 

Sovereign Hobbies Limited is a small venture, running alongside our main family business. This is the main reason for the web store format, which is intended to maximise our ability to re-invest and thus ensure the continued availability and development of Colourcoats. We are a small business which runs around our family and day jobs but we aim to respond to enquirers and orders as quickly as we can.
