Build Video - Penny builds the Airfix Quick Build Mclaren P1

As in introduction to some of the options for younger modellers, Penny has chosen to build the Airfix Quick Build Mclaren P1. Airfix Quick Build is pre-painted block-like construction kits with stickers to add details. They come with excellent colour picture instructions and can be built almost independently for many ages. This video helps you see how the kit goes together and the final result all built with minimal assistance from adults.

Quick Build allows the builder to practice many skills - interpreting instructions, transferring pictures into action, fine motor skills and independent play resulting in a toy that they can enjoy right after they have finished. It can be broken down and rebuilt many times as well, repeating the skills learned and strengthing those schemas we develop through learned tasks.
